I’ve lived, worked and raised a family in Powell during the past almost 40 years. This is my home. I’m here to stay and I love it. I’ve developed a network of friends and contacts over the years through my work as a school teacher and principal and through interests in Search and Rescue, Chor Musica mens’ choir, Westview Baptist church and a variety of outdoor recreational pursuits. I believe that through these activities I have developed a reputation for a strong work ethic supported by honesty and sincerity. I look forward to bringing my friendly, service-oriented approach to my work with every client.
After a successful career as a teacher and school principal, I was excited to take on the new challenge of building a new business selling real estate. At this stage in my life, it’s become my work, my hobby and my passion. I’m able to devote 100% of my time to serving clients. My business plan is to create “ clients for life” by putting you first in every decision in the process of buying or selling a home.
I’m a high-energy person: always looking for ways to add value to my services. I write a monthly e-newsletter and blog. I deliver that newsletter to about 300 homes in a prime Westview area. I will often shoot a quick ‘walk-through video’ of homes of interest for out-of town buyers to help them decide whether to make the trip on short notice. I stay up to date with all the nuances of the real estate market and the many details involved with writing a contract to your best advantage, negotiating the deal and following up to ensure that you are well-informed from beginning to end.
This year five of us joined 460 Realty, a new brokerage in Powell River, with the intention to bring our energy, commitment to clients and innovative marketing together under one roof.
I am proud to bring to you the most technologically advanced and broadest array of resources to help home owners realize the full potential of their biggest asset. While preparing a home for the market is a particular interest of mine, I am always excited to hand over the keys to the perfect new personal residence, vacation or investment property to happy buyers!
